Kursk

Dates: 3.6.2009 to 27.6.2009. Inspired by the tragic event of 2000, when a Russian submarine, The Kursk, suffered a huge explosion that ripped the bow apart and sent the vessel to the seabed. Sound and Fury and Bryony Lavery will explore the unique experience of the submariners deep below the arctic seas, alone, contained, controlled and yet with Armageddon at their fingertips.
