After Hopper

Dates: 7.7.2009 to 19.7.2009. My work is often associated with that of Edward Hopper in creating an implied narrative with the relationship between the figures focusing on the concept of body language and human behaviour. Edward Hopper's pictures are about alienation, tension, isolation and the psychological problems of communication. My Exhibition reflects this influence and I have produced a series of paintings and drawings based on some of Hoppers' work.
