Budweiser Presents CBGB: The Home Of Underground Rock

Dates: 4.6.2009 to 5.7.2009. Budweiser looks to recreate the infamous rock club at Proud Camden, with an exclusive photographic exhibition in which Lisa Kristal, daughter of the venues founder, Hilly Kristal, exposes the bands, lifestyle and club. 35 years after Hilly Kristal launched his first club on the CBGB site, Proud Camden pays homage to the venue that helped spawn a new era of punk. From the Ramones to Patti Smith, from The Damned to Television, the exhibition brings the stars of the movement back together for the first time since CBGBs closure in 2006.
